We can either meet in-person at my photography studio, or we can talk over Zoom - your preference! Once we’ve settled on your photography package and any add-ons and the deposit is paid, your date is officially saved on my calendar.

Planning begins in earnest. I’ll send over a few different questionnaires so I can learn more about your non-negotiables, and offer any guidance that you need. We’ll work together to create an elopement timeline to make sure that your most important photos are accounted for. At this time, we’ll also review any travel fees required.

Two days prior to your elopement date, I will arrive on location! I’ll take this time to get familiar with the area, explore, and capture all of the little details. It’s important that I capture the spirit of your elopement location so I can document your day to the fullest. The night before your elopement, we’ll meet up for a portrait session to commemorate your last unmarried day.

LOCATION SCOUTING
It’s time to make it official! With all of your to-do list items finished, you can relax and enjoy your elopement. Remember - this day is all about you and your partner. Whether you’re on a mountain top or feeling sand between your toes, I’ll be there to make photo magic while you soak up every minute with your brand new spouse.

Following your elopement, you’ll receive sneak peek photos within 24 hours. Your final, edited gallery will arrive within 4-6 weeks. Your chosen wall art will be created in the months after your big day, and on your 1 year anniversary I will arrive to complete the final installation.

You won’t have to wait long! I’ll deliver sneak peeks of your wedding day within 24 hours, and your full digital gallery will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.

Your elopement package includes a 3 day experience with yours truly! I will arrive at your destination 2 days prior to your elopement. This will allow me time to capture the details and spirit of your chosen location. On your elopement day, it’s all about you and your partner! I will provide up to 8 hours of photography coverage to make sure I document every important moment. On day 3, we can plan another morning photo session (bridal portraits, trash the dress, etc.) to cap off the experience before I fly home!

Artwork is delivered 3-6 months after your wedding date depending on the size of your albums and wall art.

Elopements can have up to 8 guests in attendance (not including the couple). If you have a larger guest count, this would be a traditional destination wedding, and falls under my wedding prices.

Photography is the only investment from your wedding that will gain value over time. Photos are irreplaceable, and are tangible memories from your best day with your loved ones. I promise that you will cherish each photo for years to come, and the times you’ll have sharing each moment with family and friends will be priceless

I have a team of trusted back up photographers, artists I would trust completely to replace me if something ever prevented me from being there on your big day. These same photographers are the ones with you on your wedding day if you have added a second photographer to your package. But don’t worry, there’s not much that can make me miss a wedding. I’ve even shown up with a broken back!

First off, I want to reassure you that you are PERFECT how you are, and your photos will turn out amazing. But, if there are some things that you don’t want to feature in your photos, I’ll make sure to capture you in the way you feel best. This is something that we can take the time to chat about so I know how to make you feel good everytime you look at your portraits.

Absolutely. While other photographers may take your wedding images off-line after a few months, our studio will leave your gallery up forever on a password protected cloud. Our sophisticated backup system ensures you never have to worry about us losing any images. And, once the day is complete, if you misplace your own digital or physical copies, relax knowing that we’ve got a backup waiting for you.
